We helped develop the 8th Edition NPLQ trainer assessor course and bring our expertise from further education to enhance the development of our candidates.

RLSS UK Trainer Assessors in other disciplines, Trainers and Teachers from other backgrounds and training organisations are allowed some exemptions from the course please enquire - stating your qualifications.

Pool Lifeguard Trainer Assessor Courses 

Around 45000 people take their NPLQ each year, these candidates require training to achieve their initial qualification.In addition legislation such as the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and the Management of Health & Safety at Work Regulations 1999 combined with guidance contained within the HSE document “Managing Health and Safety in Swimming Pools” requires those employed as lifeguards to undertake regular on-going training and competency assessment – this should be provided by a competent person – The Pool Lifeguard Trainer Assessor.

If you have six or more candidates on your staff that need to take this course we can offer a fixed price that will be more economical than placing them on our open courses. We can promote these courses to recruit external candidates on your behalf; helping to offset our fee.
